REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY ASSURANCE
About the OpportunityGrimmway Produce Group is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager responsible for the daily administration and management of the food safety and quality programs at Tasteful Selections and West Plant facilities. - Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Sciences, or related Agricultural field of study.
- Must be knowledgeable in food processing equipment as well as food quality/safety/sanitation systems and programs.
- Knowledge and work experience with Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), Good Agriculture Practices (GAP), National Organic Program (NOP) and Food Safety Modernization Act FSMA
- Must have an excellent record in the areas of safety, attendance, performance, and discipline
- Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills with ability to prioritize work, and meet (Internal Employees)
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
