• Proven expertise in automation testing, establishing a strong foundation beyond manual testing.
• Hands‑on test automation with tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
• Experience with a CI/CD environment.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira and Micro Focus Octane for test management.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as a team player.

• 7+ years of professional experience in software test engineering or quality engineering.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with automation tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SQL testing.
• Minimum high‑school/GED diploma.

• Strong communication and leadership skill set.
• Experience with Litmus.
• Banking or finance domain knowledge and experience.

Compensation at Accenture varies based on location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Salaries for the role range from $50 to $60 per hour across various locations.

Accenture Flex offers a competitive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and long‑term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Client requires onsite work 60% (3 days) and remote work 40% (2 days) per week. Five days of time away are mandated per calendar quarter.
