Call Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a Call Quality Assurance Analyst in Chandler, AZ within the banking and consumer lending industry. • Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound customer calls, complaint interactions, transactions, and related documentation.
• Review servicing processes and programs to ensure quality standards, controls, and procedures are followed.
• Document quality issues, trends, and performance measures for management review.
• Identify deficiencies, risk concerns, and process improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams and external customers or third-party partners to support service quality needs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for quality expectations, call review standards, and operational procedures.

• Pay rate: $23.64 per hour.
• Assignment duration: 6 months, with possible extension and possible conversion.
