The OpportunityMcKinstry is looking to add a Value Stream Coordinator to our growing Offsite Manufacturing team in Spokane, WA. This role supports the end‑to‑end operational and contractual performance of a defined modular product value stream, coordinating schedules, materials, and communication between production, supply chain, logistics, and engineering.
Responsibilities- Coordinate day‑to‑day production activities to ensure smooth product and information flow within the value stream and plant operations.
- Manage on‑time completion of tasks, staying within budget and fully compliant with customer requirements; minimize production delays or shortages.
- Accurate data entry and coordination of schedules and resources.
- Cross‑functional team development and leadership, fostering strong teamwork and communication.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation, promoting a lean culture throughout the value stream.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years in manufacturing, logistics, or coordination.
- Basic understanding of ERP, scheduling, and shop‑floor systems.
- Knowledge of applicable codes and ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, standards, and specifications.
- Effective use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of manufacturing financial programs and software.
- Basic estimating skills and working knowledge of SharePoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal; excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work with and manage outside vendors; self‑starter who thrives under high‑level direction.
- OSHA‑10 or OSHA‑30 Certification preferred.
- Current U.S. work authorization; no need for employer‑sponsored visa upon starting.
Competitive pay and hourly wage range: $29.55 – $44.00 per hour.
