Who We Are Looking For
Highly motivated Quality Review Specialist who can understand and perform the below responsibilities in conjunction with our internal and external customers on the phone, via software applications and via email.
Responsibilities- Accurate posting of payments received from multiple sources for multiple clients.
- Reconciling deposits and resolving complex discrepancies.
- Locating and uploading payment remittance advice (RA).
- Reviewing remittance advice to assure appropriate payments, adjustments, balance transfers and recoupments are completed accurately.
- Assists with special projects and compiles reports.
- Responds to inquiries regarding payments and reconciliation.
- Performs quality review on cash posting transactions to assure they are completed accurately and according to the procedures established.
- Makes procedure recommendations and updates procedure documents for optimal performance.
- Communicates and works with clients and cross‑functional departments to identify potential risks and solutions for performance improvement.
- Identifies potential deficiencies in processes via analysis and trends.
- Identifies training needs, provides education, and assists in implementation of procedure changes.
- Assures SLA’s and quality of work thresholds are maintained.
- Drives change through collaboration, influence, and partnerships.
- Manages workload and completes assignments timely.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- High school education required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
- DME/Respiratory or Enteral experience.
- Previous EOB and ERN cash posting experience.
- Brightree experience a plus.
- Must be a self‑starter who can troubleshoot challenges on the fly.
- Excellent written communication skills for documenting notes in the client’s system.
- Must be able to multitask and work within multiple client databases.
- Must be detail oriented and able to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. The current base range for this position is $16.98 - $21.22 per hour.
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based on the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
