Regulatory Compliance Control Specialist

In a demanding regulatory environment, particularly related to the Energy Savings Certificates (CEE), Effy ensures the compliance and quality of the work carried out by its building partner artisans. The control of construction sites is a key challenge, both to meet regulatory obligations, secure records, and ensure a high level of quality for funded work.

Under the responsibility of the Regulatory Control Manager, you will be the interface between external control offices, internal teams, and regulatory requirements. You actively contribute to the reliability of field control checks and the continuous improvement of processes.

Missions:

• Follow up on lots and control reports carried out by mandated control offices on professional construction sites.
• Verify the consistency, completeness, and compliance of control reports received in relation to regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Analyze control summaries to identify possible anomalies, inconsistencies, or points of vigilance requiring a follow-up or additional information.
• Check the quality and reliability of data transmitted by control offices before their validation and integration into monitoring tools.
• Manage complaints with control offices.
• Report alerts or blocking points to the Regulatory Control Manager.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of control processes and monitoring tools.

Profile:

• Very good knowledge of CEE, with 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar position.
• You are recognized for your communication skills and team spirit.
• Your autonomy, rigor, meticulousness, and analytical mind allow you to effectively analyze technical documents, identify inconsistencies, and ensure constructive exchanges with your various counterparts.
• Experience in quality follow-up, document control, or regulatory file management is a real asset.
