Our client, a leading organization in the public health sector, is seeking a SW QA Analyst to join their team. As a SW QA Analyst, you will be part of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare supporting software quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, collaborative abilities, and a high attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Develop, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures to ensure high-quality software delivery.

+ Use AI-driven tooling to enhance test coverage, defect detection, and regression reliability.

+ Understand and manage test plans, test scripts, test cases, and their links to requirements and completion criteria.

+ Design and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium Web Driver, Java, and Jenkins infrastructure.

+ Analyze complex automated test assets, troubleshoot failures, and provide insights for improvements.

** What's Needed?*
* + Experience in building and supporting automated testing frameworks and test scripts.

+ Proficiency with Selenium Web Driver, Java, Jenkins, and AI-assisted testing tools.

+ Knowledge of API testing, performance testing, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

+ Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.

+ Strong understanding of continuous integration and automated testing strategies.
