The QA Testing Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and accessibility of the CRB Digital Originations applications through comprehensive manual and automated testing practices. This role works closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and other QA professionals to validate business requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. The analyst participates throughout the software development lifecycle, helping identify defects early, improve testing processes, and support continuous delivery initiatives.
Responsibilities- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Develop, maintain, and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test suites.
- Design and maintain automated tests using approved testing frameworks and tools.
- Perform API, database, and user interface testing to validate application functionality and data integrity.
- Identify, document, track, and verify resolution of software defects while providing clear status updates.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and fellow QA team members throughout the Agile development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Validate releases in test and production environments, including post-deployment verification activities.
- Support quality, accessibility, security, and compliance standards while contributing to continuous process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years’ experience in software testing, including manual and automated testing.
- 1 year experience in mobile testing using mobile browsers and apps.
- 3 years’ experience creating and executing test cases from business requirements and user stories.
- 3 years’ experience with JavaScript or Type Script and writing SQL queries.
- Understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with WebdriverIO.
- Experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins).
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops and Azure Test Plans.
- Understanding of responsiveness testing and Web Accessibility/WCAG.
- Experience in the financial industry and in a Regulatory and Compliance environment.
The position is located in our office. Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement, combining in‑office and remote work. Specific work arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.
CompensationThe compensation range for this position is $49,925.00 to $92,575.00 USD per year. Actual compensation will vary based on location, experience, and education.
