Location:
Remote within the New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania areas. The role requires travel up to 80% of the time within this region.
- Perform assessments of the supplier’s capability to perform and sustain performance through the Supplier Health Assessment (SHA).
- Engage the supplier to complete diagnosis in the Gemba and work with the supplier to develop a comprehensive gap‑closure plan.
- Conduct weekly training and coaching on‑site at the supplier to develop their team.
- Follow‑up with the Pratt & Whitney and supplier team to validate the gap plan and monitor progress to ensure benefits are achieved.
- Establish leading indicators of performance and track weekly, on‑site at supplier.
- Intervene to expedite deliveries and/or resolve quality issues as required.
- Lead impactful Continuous Improvement events at supplier.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field with 8 years of experience in Operations, Quality, or Continuous Improvement roles; or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
- U.S. citizenship; must reside in the New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania area.
- Experience with structured project management and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to initiate, lead, and sustain change activities at suppliers.
- CORE Professional (any track);
Six‑Sigma Blackbelt or Greenbelt; LEAN certificate preferred. - RTX SHA certified assessor (preferred).
- ITC experience and SAP experience using Procurement and Quality transactions.
- Competitive salary range: $107,500
USD – $204,500
