Work from Home Product Tester

Product Tester (Remote, US)

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to perform In‑Home Usage Testing (IHUT) for a variety of products. This part‑time role offers 15‑25 hours per week with an hourly rate of $25‑$45, paid weekly via direct deposit or check. No prior experience is required.

Applicants must be 18 years or older, have a stable internet connection and a digital camera or smartphone capable of taking photos and videos. Participants will receive the products to test free of charge; all shipping and product costs are covered by the company.

• Properly document In‑Home Usage Tests as instructed (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
• Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
• Read and strictly follow the In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
• Use MFour’s Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology when required
• Participate in private chat rooms opened by the market research firm, if necessary
• Write reviews as requested in the In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

• Ability to follow specific instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and curious spirit
• Available to work 15‑25 hours per week and commit to a routine
• Access to a computer and reliable internet connection
• Access to a digital camera or a cell phone that takes pictures and videos
• Honesty and reliability; good communication skills are an asset
• Minimum age 18 years
