Remote Billing Dispute Specialist – Client & QA

SERVPRO of Manchester/Mansfield is looking for a Quality Assurance Billing Dispute Specialist who will facilitate client estimate disputes in the Quality Assurance Department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

You'll be responsible for managing disputes, ensuring compliance with timelines, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders. This position requires the ability to read and write clearly, and IICRC certification is preferred but can be obtained within the first year of employment.
