DelDOT is seeking an Unemployment Insurance Senior Quality Control Auditor to coordinate and oversee QA activities within the Benefits:
Timeliness and Quality (BTQ) program. The role ensures compliance with unemployment laws and accurate data validation.
The incumbent will review complex audit findings, validate case documentation, and assist the Quality Control Manager in directing staff and workflows. A strong background in GAAP, auditing standards, and data analysis is required.
