Clinical Editor - REMOTE; EST​/CST

Responsibilities

• Receiving non‑clinical reports from scientists and authors.
• Performing an initial QC review of Word documents against sources to verify accuracy, formatting to Company Style Guide, and alignment with the Starting Point Template.
• Conducting document formatting and ensuring compliance with company style guides.
• Converting text, figures, and data into the appropriate formats, including text‑to‑table formatting and section‑by‑section document review.
• Verifying accuracy between narrative content, tables, and figures.
• Performing copyediting and document standardization.
• Preparing documents for progression through the regulatory submission workflow.
• Performing the full QC review on as many of the documents that are submitted through Veeva nonclinical documents.

• BS Degree with 4 years experience directly related to/document production of QC, editing, publishing.
• Strong working knowledge of the editorial and publishing activities within Clinical Development.
• Regulatory document management and publishing experience.
• Strong QC, copyediting, and formatting skills.
• Experience preparing IND‑supporting documents.
• Knowledge of bookmarks, hyperlinks, and PDF submission standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Adobe (creating bookmarks and internal/external hyperlinking), Adobe plug‑in Toolbox, and Veeva.
• Starting Point template experience is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills with scientists, authors, and regulatory teams.
• Ability to manage high‑volume workloads while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Contract position, hybrid, based in Wilmington, DE.

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $47.00/hr.
