Helix Operator - 1st Shift

Role Responsibilities

• Read work order and understand how to assemble.
• Review work order and determine descriptions match analytical format.
• Notify lead/supervisor of any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventories of tube lengths, cores, and roll goods.
• Verify Bill of Material is accurate with exact counts of the work order transferring down to the next process.
• Assemble, clean, and box helix racks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Document pertinent information on the work order (e.g. scrap, quality concerns).
• Facilitate “hot” orders that come through your area from other areas of the business.
• Execute other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
