The Minnesota Department of Agriculture seeks a Dairy Inspection Sampler for a part-time, 32 hours/week temporary role. You will sample milk and dairy products statewide, inspect farms and plants, and maintain detailed records.
Travel is required to multiple counties with day shifts and some training travel. Qualifications include a relevant bachelor’s degree or one year of dairy/food inspection experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver's license.
