Quality Supervisor

• Lead and develop a team of quality professionals, ensuring excellence in inspection, non‑conformance management, procedural compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching in quality tools and methodologies, including FMEA, Control Plans, GD&T, MSA/GRR, Cpk, RCA, ECN implementation, QMS audits, and document control.
• Establish and execute short‑ and long‑term team objectives aligned with business goals; monitor performance, communicate cross‑functionally, drive continuous improvement, and exercise stop‑work authority to protect quality and compliance.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members through technical instruction, performance feedback, and accountability, fostering engagement, capability growth, and a high‑performance culture.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience:
  
  5–7 years of related quality leadership experience.
• Skills:
  
  Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Certification, or IATF required;
  Certified Quality Auditor preferred; ASQ Certified Quality Engineer preferred;
  Microsoft Suite; leadership; and customer service.

• Shift hours:
  Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm; weekends as required.
• Annual base salary range: $65,000 – $90,000 (subject to qualifications and market).
