Quality Technician

Pennsauken, NJ (Near Philadelphia)

Perform analytical and microbiological testing to ensure products meet food safety, quality, and aseptic standards. Support in-process, finished product, and environmental testing using validated methods and laboratory best practices.

• Monitor food safety controls and critical parameters (thermal processing, sterilization)
• Perform production line quality checks and expedite issues as needed
• Support testing of new formulations and packaging materials
• Conduct pre‑op inspections, cleaning verification, and allergen swabbing
• Train team members on GMP and food safety practices
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain lab equipment and work areas in compliance with GMP/GLP
• Manage non‑conforming materials and support root‑cause investigations
• Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime
• Participate in internal audits and quality system compliance

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in QA within food or pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus
