Maximus is a remote-position Quality Assurance Analyst role supporting FEMA from home. The job focuses on monitoring calls, evaluating interactions, and providing feedback to the QA Supervisor to ensure service levels and program objectives are met.
This temporary role requires US citizenship, the ability to pass a federal background check, and availability for an eight-hour shift between 6:30 AM and 2:00 AM ET, including weekends. Equipment will be provided.
