Maximus is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support FEMA, monitoring calls and providing performance feedback to ensure service levels are met.
The role is remote, temporary, with an 8-hour shift 6:30 AM to 2:00 AM ET, five days a week. US citizenship and ability to pass a federal background check are required. Equipment is provided. Candidates should have 1-3 years of related experience and a high school diploma.
