Brillio is seeking an IVR QA Engineer (Associate SDET) to validate and ensure quality of contact center solutions built on Amazon Connect and related technologies. The role involves testing IVR flows, voice and chatbot interactions, backend integrations, and ensuring seamless customer experience across channels.
Location:
Remote / Hybrid (Coppell, TX/NY/CA). 8+ years experience required in QA/testing with IVR and API validation; strong knowledge of AWS services and test automation is a plus.
