This short-term role focuses on ensuring accuracy, usability, compliance, and readiness for release in GxP-regulated environments.
Responsibilities
+ Execute QA testing of Walk Me content such as Smart Tips, Shout Outs, Launchers, and Checklists in Quality Systems test and sandbox environments.
+ Support the maintenance and enhancement of Walk Me solutions by updating existing builds and performing low-complexity development tasks.
+ Validate Walk Me behavior against defined requirements, business rules, and intended user workflows.
+ Perform regression testing to ensure new or updated Walk Me content does not negatively impact existing guidance.
+ Document and communicate defects, usability issues, and performance concerns to Walk Me developers.
+ Verify selector stability, conditional logic, triggers, and visibility rules across supported browsers and system states.
+ Ensure alignment of Walk Me content with SOPs, work instructions, and quality expectations.
+ Provide QA feedback for go/no-go readiness prior to production releases.

+ Participate in walkthroughs, defect triage discussions, and release planning as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Experience performing QA or UAT testing for software, digital tools, or enterprise systems.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured test scenarios.
+ Familiarity with regulated or compliance-driven environments such as GxP or Quality Systems.
+ Ability to clearly document issues, reproduction steps, and expected vs. actual results.
+ Strong communication skills and comfort working in a cross-functional, matrixed team environment.
Additional
Skills & Qualifications
+ Prior experience testing Walk Me content or other in-application guidance/digital adoption tools is preferred.
+ Exposure to Quality Systems such as QMS, document management, training systems, or change control platforms.
+ Basic understanding of UI/UX concepts and end-user workflows.
+ Experience working in Agile or ticket-based workflows such as JIRA or similar tools.
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
Work Environment
The work environment involves collaborating closely with Walk Me developers and Quality System stakeholders. You will operate within a cross-functional, matrixed team, using tools such as JIRA for issue tracking.
