Talent Quality Auditor at Baires Dev
In this role, you'll ensure quality and consistency across all Talent Acquisition processes by auditing key interactions, including candidate calls, screening interviews, and written communications. You'll review large volumes of operational activity, evaluate performance against defined standards, and identify both individual and systemic areas for improvement. This is your opportunity to maintain high-quality hiring standards, analyze audits in detail, identify patterns and performance risks, and document findings with high accuracy while collaborating with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
WhatYou'll Do:
- Execute end-to-end quality audits across Talent Acquisition processes, including calls, screenings, emails, and workflows, ensuring adherence to defined standards, scorecards, and KPIs.
- Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns, documenting findings with high accuracy and detail.
- Propose adjustments to audit frameworks, processes, and evaluation criteria.
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control roles.
- Proven track record evaluating performance based on defined standards, scorecards, or KPIs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data review.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or similar environments.
- Background working in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Exposure to process improvement or quality framework design.
- 100% remote work (from anywhere).
