Erasca, Inc. is seeking a Senior or Executive Director of Quality Assurance (GCP) to lead global QMS, GCP, GVP, and GLP activities in support of clinical development and planned commercial launches.
The role requires oversight across Phase 1–3 studies, regulatory submissions, and interactions with global health authorities. The position reports to the COO and will build a high-functioning QA organization, lead inspections, manage CAPAs, and mentor a team of QA auditors and staff.
