QA Specialist at Baires Dev
As a QA Specialist, you will oversee operational auditing processes to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance within our internal workflows. You will provide a comprehensive view of organizational efficiency by transforming raw execution data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
What You'll Do- Execute thorough operational audits to identify process gaps and bottlenecks, providing clear recommendations for enhancement.
- Develop and manage performance scorecards and key metrics to drive excellence across operational teams.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and audit trails to ensure all operational activities align with internal quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between internal departments and external auditing bodies to address findings and maintain ongoing compliance.
- Perform detailed gap analyses to promote a culture of continuous improvement and streamline complex organizational processes.
- 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Operational Auditing.
- Proven expertise in implementing auditing methodologies and managing scorecards.
- Strong ability to define and track KPIs to ensure operational excellence.
- Exceptional attention to detail and experience with structured documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- 100% remote work (from anywhere).
