RTX is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality RCCA leader to drive root cause and corrective actions across the supplier base in a remote U.S. role. You will lead enterprise RCCA strategy, coach quality engineers, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and program leadership to resolve systemic supplier challenges.
This role requires a Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 12–14 years in supplier quality or related engineering fields, aerospace experience, and U.S. citizenship.
