Stryker is seeking a Staff Quality Systems Specialist - Continuous Improvement in Cary, IL. Hybrid work with three onsite days and optional remote work on Thu/Fri.
You will lead the development and maintenance of the QMS, ensuring regulatory alignment and supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field and at least 4 years of experience in regulated Quality Systems, with strong knowledge of document control, CAPA, risk, and validation.
