Lab Analyst (F​/M​/X

As a Lab Analyst, you’ll be responsible for performing analytical and microbiological testing on project-related samples.

• Organising and performing analytical and microbiological testing on project-related samples.
• Working on OPEX, CAPEX and non-project activities, depending on project needs.
• Performing tests such as sterility, bioburden, endotoxin testing, HPLC, GC, CZE, ICE and compendial testing.
• Reviewing analytical batch records within the agreed lead times.
• Ensuring that laboratory data is complete, accurate and compliant with GxP and data integrity requirements.
• Supporting day-to-day Quality Control laboratory activities.
• Recording test results and laboratory activities accurately and on time.
• Reporting deviations, atypical results and other laboratory observations according to the applicable procedures.
• Completing the mandatory training provided by Novartis.
• Followinginternal policies, procedures, instructions and safety requirements.

• A bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical laboratory practices, pharmaceutical sciences or a related field.
• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices and data integrity principles.
• Knowledge of analytical and microbiological testing methods.
• Experience with one or more of the following techniques is appreciated: HPLC, GC, CZE, ICE, sterility testing, bioburden testing, endotoxin testing or compendial testing.
• A first experience in a pharmaceutical laboratory or Quality Control environment is appreciated, and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• The ability to work accurately within a regulated environment.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• The ability to meet agreed deadlines and follow established procedures.
• A professional and reliable attitude.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to different project requirements.
