Quality Assurance - QA/QC
The Quality Coordinator identifies operational process improvements on quality of inbound and outbound flows. Your will report to our Safety Health Environment and Quality Manager. You will work on a team with one additional Quality Coordinator at our South Charlotte location (About 4 miles from Carowinds)
This is a hybrid position #Li-hybrid with 2 work from home days per week.
You will handle the warehouse side of customer claims. Investigate, come with root cause and identify the actions to be taken while understanding the customer needs and requirements.
You will work closely together with the leadership team and the warehouse engineers to implement improvements on quality for the inbound and outbound flows.
You will support the RMA (returns) team with all type of quality questions
You will work closely with the SQA engineer to improve supplier quality standards
Regularly audit warehouse flows on quality
You will be part of the Monthly Process Quality meetings
You will perform other duties as assigned.
To succeed, you will needYou have a 4 year college degree or equivalent experience.
You have At least 3 years preferred work experience in warehouse or supply chain.
You have WMS exposure and knowledge WMS implementation, administration, power user).
You have experience with SAP.
You have a certification in ISO standards 9001 and 14001 (Preferred).

You are fluent in English, as this is our internal language.
