First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor recorded and live calls for regulatory and internal policy compliance within the Collections team. You will identify training needs and partner with Learning and Development to close gaps.
You will conduct random call reviews, report performance metrics to leadership, and lead monthly calibration sessions to ensure consistent quality across the team. This is a remote role supporting MA/NH candidates.
