First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor recorded and live calls for compliance with FDCPA and collections laws, and to identify training needs with our Learning and Development partner.
You will conduct random call reviews, follow up on findings, provide updates to leadership, maintain QA processes under federal/state regulations, and lead monthly calibration sessions with Collections leadership, while working remotely in MA or NH.
