We are seeking an ISSSQuality Assurance Analyst with professional experience in international student, scholar, or employment-based immigration processes to join our product development team. This role combinespractitionerexpertisewith quality assurance practices to ensure our software solutions accurately support complex regulatory and operational workflows. The ISSS QA Analyst will play a key role in validating functionality across the product by conducting end-to-end testing, regression testing, andfull functionvalidationbeyond the scope of individual tickets.

This position works closely with product managers, developers, and QA engineers to improve product quality, documentation, and testing processes. Candidates should havehands-on experience in international education, immigration case management, or global mobility operations, along with an interest in learning and applying software testing practices and tools.
