Maximus, a trusted federal partner, is seeking a Training, Quality Assurance & Testing Analyst to support CMS programs. This position is fully remote. Employment is contingent on CMS vetting after offer.
Work may include training delivery, QA testing, and ongoing support for BOSC 1 and related queues; flexibility to shift priorities is essential. You will develop training materials, monitor quality, and pursue continuous process improvement to ensure mission-critical services reach beneficiaries
