Quality Assurance and Training Coordinator; Remote-Virginia)

Maximus is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance and Training Coordinator to support the Virginia Enrollment Broker Services program. This is a remote opportunity open to Virginia residents. The Quality Assurance and Training Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring quality standards, contractual requirements, and performance expectations are consistently met through quality monitoring, performance analysis, reporting, process improvement, and staff support. The coordinator will evaluate performance trends, conduct quality reviews, identify training needs, and collaborate with leadership to develop and reinforce targeted learning and improvement  this role, you will support training initiatives including new hire onboarding, refresher training, process updates, and ongoing coaching efforts to promote operational consistency and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities also include maintaining and updating procedures, resource materials, and job aids, ensuring staff have access to accurate information and remain compliant with program requirements.
