Gluten Lab Technician

- Test, analyze, and report accurate and timely results in the Gluten Lab.

- Organize workload and prioritize samples to maximize output and meet deadlines.

- Execute laboratory methods, deliver results by due date, and perform data interpretation.

- Comply with Medallion and ISO 17025 quality requirements and address quality control issues.

- Perform routine instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Support cross-functional teams and assist in projects as needed.

- Develop and maintain lab procedures and participate in audits.

- Implement training of lab personnel through effective cross-training plans.

- Bachelor's degree in microbiology, food science, biology, chemistry, or related field.

- 1-3 years' experience in food testing.

- Proficient in basic laboratory skills and operation of lab equipment.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Experience working in an ISO 17025 accredited lab.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience working with Lab Ware LIMS.
