Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc (CVG) is seeking a Customer Quality Liaison to be the primary link between the plant and OEM customers. The role handles containment, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions to meet quality requirements.
Expect collaboration with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to resolve issues. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in automotive quality, knowledge of IATF
16949/ISO 9001, and strong data skills using Excel and Minitab.
