QUALITY ASSURANCE LEAD
LOCATION: PREMIER
SHIFT: NIGHT (8:00PM-4:30AM) About the Opportunity:
Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead responsible to ensure that food safety and quality assurance monitoring programs are carried out. Communicate results to supervisor and other on-site leadership as needed. Facilitate training of Quality Assurance Technicians. Prioritize department needs and assign staff accordingly. Support, implement, improve, and maintain quality assurance programs. - Must have excellent leadership, communication, training and team building skills.
- Must have Good writing, statistical, analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and respond to the concerns of managers and subordinates.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to use a computer and/or tablet.
- Must have basic computer and math skills.
- Must be able to use GIS.
- Remote work not available for this position.
- Must be able to work overtime depending on business need.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Total Rewards: $19.75 + 0.20 (NIGHT PREMIUM) / HOUR
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
