QA Analyst

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Manual Testing, or a similar QA-focused role.
• Experience working with Agile development teams and issue-tracking tools such as Jira.
• Experience testing products that incorporate Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, defect management, and release validation.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python.
• Experience reviewing application logs and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Exposure to automated testing frameworks or test automation concepts.
• Understanding of software deployment and release management processes.

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our AI-driven platform. This individual will serve as a critical link between Product and Engineering, validating new features, identifying defects, and ensuring that requirements are accurately implemented before release. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys investigative testing, understands software development workflows, and can proactively identify issues that may arise from new releases or system changes.

Experience testing AI or machine learning-based products is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
• Review Jira tickets, feature requests, and development changes to understand intended functionality and business requirements.
• Execute manual testing against new releases and product enhancements to validate functionality and ensure quality standards are met.
• Verify that completed engineering work is properly deployed and functioning within QA and pre-production environments.
• Perform exploratory and ad hoc testing to uncover defects, edge cases, and unintended side effects of product changes.
