NW Construction is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) to lead and administer project-specific quality control programs on federal and heavy civil construction projects. The QCM is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Program; ensuring all work complies with contract specifications, approved plans, industry standards, and regulatory requirements; coordinating testing and inspections; and maintaining quality documentation required by project owners.
The Quality Control Manager serves as the primary quality representative on the project site and works closely with project management, field supervision, subcontractors, testing agencies, and owner representatives to achieve contract compliance and successful project delivery. The QCM has the authority to stop work when necessary to prevent nonconforming work and ensure quality standards are maintained.
