Perfect Serve is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and safety of Perfect Serve's products through rigorous manual and automated testing. As an individual contributor, you will deliver work independently within your team and grow toward owning more complex problems.

• Execute manual test cases
• Apply API testing tools
• Integrate tests in CI/CD
• Understand system under test

• Execute assigned test plans
• Write own test plans
• Manage test coverage

• Follow test standards
• Ensure HIPAA test coverage
• Partner with dev engineers
• Collaborate with product team

• Communicate test results
• Understand release goals
• Contribute to QA planning

• 2–4 years of professional QA engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience executing test cases and documenting defects clearly.
• Experience with test automation, API testing, and CI/CD integration.
• Understanding of QA methodologies and quality metrics.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with a willingness to learn and act on feedback.

• Experience testing in a HIPAA/HITRUST-regulated healthcare environment.
• Performance and security testing experience.
• Experience building test frameworks from the ground up.
