Position: Quality & Compliance Coordinator- Life Sciences/ Pharmaceutical
** About the Role*
* CBRE is seeking a Quality & Compliance Coordinator to support the delivery of quality, compliance, and assuranceprograms across a Life Sciences/ Pharmaceutical client account. This role combines hands-on compliance support with audit coordination, reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement to ensure contractual requirements are metand compliance standards are consistently maintained.

The successful candidate will help drive continuous improvement through audits, reporting, risk identification, and collaboration with operations, engineering, and client stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days onsite andthe rest remote work from home. Must be open to supporting both King of Prussia, PA and Collegeville, PA sites.

** What you'll do*
* ** Compliance & Audit Support*
* + Coordinate     internal and external audit activities, including planning, preparation,     and follow-up.

+ Track     audit findings and corrective actions to closure.

+ Support     compliance assurance programs and adherence to client requirements.

+ Escalate     compliance risks, trends, and non-conformances as needed.

** Reporting & Data Management*
* + Maintain     compliance systems, records, and documentation.

+ Produce     regular compliance reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics.

+ Analyze     data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

+ Ensure     accuracy and integrity of compliance records.

** Operational Support*
* + Partner     with site operations, technical leads, and engineering teams to promote     compliance best practices.

+ Support     closure of audit findings and improve process adherence.

+ Provide     guidance on compliance requirements, procedures, and work order systems.

+ Help     drive consistency across multiple sites and service lines.

** Continuous Improvement*
* + Participate     in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations.

+ Support     development and management of corrective and preventive action plans     (CAPA).

+ Contribute     to ongoing process and compliance improvements.

+ Work     toward certification for minor deviation investigations within client     systems.

** What you'll need*
* ** Required*
* + High     School Diploma or GED.

+ Up     to 2 years of relevant experience in compliance, quality, operations, or a     related field.

+ Strong     organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

+ Ability     to work independently and collaborate across teams.

+ Proficiency     with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

+ Strong     communication and relationship-building skills.

** Preferred*
* + Experience     working in a multi-site or complex operational environment.

+ Exposure     to engineering, technical, quality, or compliance programs.

+ Knowledge     of compliance frameworks, audits, or assurance processes.

+ Experience     with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action management.
