The Test Technician provides support and debug for test processes in manufacturing. Offering support to the Test Technician Supervisor with day to day operations through leading projects and problem solving for junior Technicians.

Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Builds productive internal/external working relationships. Mentors and trains junior technicians

A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position.

Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.

• 8+ years of experience; 3+ years in a leadership role;
• Ability to provide various levels of engineer quality work;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Effective interpersonal skills at all levels within the organization and with customers;
• Ability to work on the most complex products and issues

Compensation Range: $30.45 to $38.67 USD. Many factors are considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to skills, certifications, licensures, experience, training, incumbent data, and other business needs.
