Join Maximus as a Clinical QA Analyst supporting our Colorado Home and Community-Based Services program and play a critical role in maintaining high standards of quality across clinical operations.

As part of a collaborative team of nurses, social workers, and quality professionals located across the country, you'll help ensure Nurse Assessors are delivering accurate, consistent, and high-quality assessments that support service authorization decisions for vulnerable populations. While working independently in a fully remote environment, you'll be backed by a supportive, close-knit team dedicated to continuous improvement and excellence.

  • Conduct quality reviews of assessments and clinical documentation completed by Nurse Assessors.
  • Analyze reports and quality metrics to identify trends, ensure compliance, and support operational excellence.

  • Help ensure individuals receive appropriate services and supports through accurate and compliant assessment processes.

This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes by helping ensure the quality and integrity of services provided to Colorado residents. You'll enjoy a fully remote work environment, a consistent weekday schedule, a supportive team culture, and the chance to contribute to work that directly supports individuals in accessing the care and resources they need.
