Quality Business Specialist; Fully Remote

• You will oversee quality assurance initiatives for the Globe Life Family Heritage Division.
• You ensure all business processes, technology, and customer interactions meet established standards of excellence.

What You Will Do:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the field force and home office on quality matters.
• Develop and maintain systems, templates, and reports to make quality data actionable.
• Monitor policy lapse rates and KPIs to identify and address issues proactively.

What You Can Bring:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years insurance industry experience required.
• 2+ years managing sales quality and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to drive results through data.
