We are seeking a highly qualified Associate Director to lead the RTX Enterprise Quality Audit team. In this role, you will be accountable for directing a team of Enterprise Quality Auditors to ensure conformance with established quality management system requirements. You will also create/foster partnerships with our Business Units and the independent certification bodies that support our compliance efforts. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement, sustaining robust quality governance, and ensuring the delivery of high-reliability products that uphold RTX’s commitment to operational excellence and customer assurance.
