Description

Drive Quality. Reduce Risk. Improve Outcomes.

Go Beyond Compliance—Help Build Better Care.

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about improving the quality of behavioral health services? Riverbend Community Mental Health is seeking a QA Specialist to join our Quality Assurance team and play a key role in strengthening clinical quality, regulatory compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement across the agency.

Quality assurance is more than reviewing charts—it’s about helping ensure that the services we provide are safe, effective, compliant, person-centered, and continuously improving.

In this role, you will help ensure that clinical documentation, services, and operational practices meet applicable state and federal requirements, Medicaid standards, SAMHSA expectations, and accreditation requirements. You’ll work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to identify opportunities for improvement, monitor performance, support corrective action, and promote practices that lead to better outcomes for the individuals and families we serve.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys investigating details, identifying trends, solving problems, and turning data and findings into meaningful improvements.

100% on-site position located at our Concord, NH office. Due to the nature and operational responsibilities of this role, remote work or hybrid scheduling is not available at this time.

Join one of the state’s largest and most respected community mental health providers, where your work directly changes the lives of local individuals and families. At Riverbend, you’re not just filling a role—you’re helping transform lives and strengthen our community.

At Riverbend, you’ll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team that is deeply committed to both client care and employee growth. We foster a supportive and inclusive environment where your voice matters, your contributions are recognized, and your career can thrive.

If you’re looking for meaningful work, a strong team culture, and real opportunities for professional growth through training, certifications, and advancement—Riverbend is the place to build your future while making a difference.
