Leo Force is seeking a Mid-Level QA Supervisor to lead a team of 8-10 QA Technicians and drive food safety across the facility in support of USDA-regulated production. You will manage HACCP/SSOP programs, oversee lab testing, and ensure compliance with GFSI standards while coordinating with USDA inspectors and third-party auditors.
You will mentor QA staff, handle documentation, and help prepare for external audits, with hybrid-remote flexibility and a strong emphasis on continuous improvement
