Role Description

THIS IS A 100% COMMISSION ONLY POSITION

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Commercial Real Estate Sales & Leasing professional at Sims Commercial Real Estate Inc. The role includes tasks such as prospecting new clients, conducting property showings, negotiating leases, and managing client relationships. The position requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast‑paced and competitive industry environment. We are looking for specific specializations in Multifamily, Retail, Hospitality and Triple Net Lease.

Qualifications

• Sales and Real Property knowledge
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology
