This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Commercial Real Estate Broker will focus on facilitating sales, lease negotiations, and tenant representation for commercial properties. Daily responsibilities include identifying opportunities, networking to build strong client relationships, managing client portfolios, and providing market insights and tailored strategies to meet client needs while closing deals.

• Strong expertise in Lease Negotiations and Tenant Representation
• Proficiency in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate transactions
• Proven Sales skills with ability to secure and close deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to research market trends and provide strategic real estate advice
• Relevant licenses or certifications in real estate, as applicable in Illinois
• Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate software
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
