Your Typical Day- Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their goals and provide smart, strategic legal advice.
- Navigate a diverse range of real estate deals — from acquisitions and dispositions to leasing and development projects.
- Advise clients on real estate financing strategies, including both debt and equity structures.
- Manage complex agreements like purchase contracts, leases, and financing documents.
- Spearhead the entire closing process, ensuring smooth and successful transactions.
- Experience Attorney in Real Estate
- Vibrant, progressive spirit with a desire to contribute to a high performing team
- Licensed to practice in the state of Georgia
