As an Acquisitions Specialist, you will contact homeowners regarding the potential sale of their property, collect essential information, underwrite their homes, and present offers. This is a high-energy role that offers unlimited earning potential for the right candidate.

• Make outbound calls to homeowners to discuss selling their properties
• Build rapport and gather detailed property and ownership information
• Underwrite and analyze property data to determine market value
• Present offers and negotiate property purchases
• Work closely with a supportive acquisitions team to close deals

• Hardworking and self-motivated

• Comfortable working in a team environment

• Experience in real estate underwriting
• Cold calling or phone sales background
